Let’s Voast is a brand new guest experience that is a Wedding Video Guest Book. Guests have the opportunity to step into a booth and leave you a personalized video message on your wedding day. Video + Toast = Voast. Think guest book but a digital version where you can see and hear your guests.

How it started
Taryn, owner of Serendipity Cinema and creator of Let’s Voast thought of the idea when couples kept asking her Videographers if guests could leave messages to the couple. While they loved that idea there just wasn’t enough time in the wedding day with covering the actual wedding to be able to get those messages. So she started thinking… what if she created a separate guest experience where guests could step into a booth and say whatever they wanted to the couple at the Cocktail Hour or the Reception? The messages could be heartfelt, emotional or funny. No matter what they say the value of personalized messages on the wedding day is priceless. To go back and watch those personalized Voasts truly is a gift that keeps on giving. And the guests love the experience too!

The booth to create your wedding video guest books is a 4' x 4' black enclosed booth.
How big is the Voast Booth?
One person is the Videographer filming the Voasts and the other person is the “wrangler” and goes around and wrangles guests and encourages them to do a Voast.
Why do 2 people come with Let’s Voast?
As many as people who want to do them. We don’t limit the amount of Voasts and guests can do multiples in the time that we are there.
How many Voasts to do I get?
The limit is 6 people.
How many people can fit into the Voast booth?
We offer Let’s Voast for 2 or 3 hours.
How many hours can we have Let’s Voast for?
We edit the Voasts together one after another and we deliver them on a menu that is cloud based, downloadable and shareable. You will receive them along with your other films if you have also hired us for Videography or they will come as a stand alone menu if you hired Let’s Voast without Videography.
How do we receive our Voasts?
Drunk people and technology don't always mix. If it is manned by a videographer then we know it is being properly filmed with quality audio, lighting and being properly saved.
Why does a videographer film for us?
If you book the Voast by itself you will receive your Voasts in 1 month or less. If you book Let's Voast along with Videography you will receive them when you receive all of your other finished films which is generally 8 weeks.
How soon will we receive our Voasts?
We recommend during the reception once open dancing has started. OR we recommend it for during Cocktail hour, a short break during dinner and then re-open after open dancing begins.
It also depends what kind of Voasts you want. If you want heartfelt Voasts it is best to do them during Cocktail hour before guests are liquored up. If you want funny Voasts we recommend doing it during the reception once open dancing started & guests have had some cocktails.
When should we do Let’s Voast during our Reception?
There is not quality audio with iPads. There can also be software issues where if not used correctly the message can be lost.
Why not use an iPad like photo booths do?
We will bring Let's Voast to any event where you want your guests to Voast you…. Anniversaries, Milestone Birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvah’s, Graduation Parties, Retirement Parties. Any event where you want to be Voasted we can be there.
Is Let's Voast available for other types of events?
